I founded Southeastern Renovation in 2017 to do residential renovations the way I'd want them done in my own house: fixed price, in-house crew, on time, every time.
Two hundred Lowcountry homes later, we still hold to the same three rules. Every contract has a number on it before we break ground. Every face you meet on the jobsite is on our W-2 payroll. And every late day past the agreed end date costs us $150 — paid back to you at completion.
