Program description

Southeastern Renovation LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages cover estimate confirmations, appointment reminders and confirmations, project and job status updates, scheduling changes, replies to questions you send us, and — where you have separately agreed to receive them — review requests after completed work and occasional promotional offers.

How to opt in

You may opt in by:

• Checking the SMS consent box on the estimate or contact form at southeastern-renovation.com. The box is never pre-selected.
• Texting our business number first, which starts the conversation yourself.
• Telling a representative during a phone or in-person consultation that we may text the number you gave us. Your answer is recorded on the work order.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book a consultation, receive an estimate and have work done without ever agreeing to texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your project. Most customers receive up to 8 messages per month; during an active renovation this may rise to 2–6 messages per week, and it is lower or zero outside of an active project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Southeastern Renovation LLC does not charge you for the messages we send.

How to get help or stop messages

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel.

Replying STOP to any message unsubscribes that number immediately and we will send it no further texts. Replying HELP returns our contact details. You can also reach us any time at [email protected] or (843) 718-8177.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers

Messages are delivered through a registered Twilio Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC campaign and are supported on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Full detail on what we collect and how it is used is in our Privacy Policy.
