Organizers, hardware and some drawer modifications can be added to a refacing project if the existing boxes support them; ask for those options as separate line items.
Painting keeps your existing doors and changes the colour. Refacing replaces the doors, so it can change the style — shaker instead of raised panel — which paint cannot do.
